We’re excited to get your LUNÉ™ on its way to you! Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link, allowing you to follow your package throughout its journey.

Please allow approximately 10–15 business days for delivery after shipment. Business days do not include weekends or holidays, so please keep this in mind when estimating your delivery date, especially during the busy holiday season.

Tracking information may take a few days to update after your shipping confirmation is sent. This is completely normal as your package moves between shipping facilities and carriers.

Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order, as we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made once an order has begun processing.

During periods of high holiday demand, carrier delays may occasionally occur that are outside of our control. We recommend ordering your LUNÉ™ early so you have plenty of time to style your hair effortlessly and enjoy gorgeous, salon-worthy results wherever you go. ✨

We want your LUNÉ™ to arrive in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or unusable, please contact us at thesolera@outlook.shop within 3–5 days of delivery so our team can review the issue.

When contacting us, please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect. This allows us to verify the problem and provide the appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.

IMPORTANT: We only offer refunds or replacements for products that arrive damaged or defective. We do not offer refunds or returns if you change your mind, no longer want the product, ordered by mistake, or simply decide the product is not right for you.

Requests submitted after the 3–5 day reporting window may not be eligible for a refund or replacement, so we recommend inspecting your LUNÉ™ as soon as it arrives.

Once your request and supporting photos/videos have been reviewed and approved, our customer support team will provide you with the next steps. Please allow up to 72 hours for a response after contacting us.

Once your LUNÉ™ order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. To check your delivery status, simply head to our Track Order tab, enter your tracking number, and follow your package every step of the way until it arrives at your doorstep!
